Birth Doula Support

Supporting you as you bring life into the world.

Birth is a journey.

Not just of bringing a baby into the world, but of meeting yourself in ways you may never have before.

It can bring us face-to-face with our fears, our strength, our vulnerability, our desire for control, and our capacity to surrender.

As a mother of three and a birth doula, I feel deeply honored to walk alongside women through this powerful and transformative experience.

Whether you’re choosing to birth at home or in a hospital, my role is to help you feel supported, informed, empowered, and connected to yourself throughout the process.

I bring a grounded, loving, and steady presence, along with a toolbox of resources gathered through years of supporting women and working with the body.

Through breath, movement, therapeutic touch, somatic practices, emotional support, practical guidance, and advocacy, I support you in navigating the experience as it unfolds.

Sometimes that means helping you find your breath when fear takes over.

Sometimes it’s offering counterpressure, a steady hand, or helping you find a position that feels supportive.

Sometimes it’s helping you communicate your needs and preferences.

And sometimes it’s simply being there, offering a calm, reassuring presence without needing to say a word.

I believe birth isn’t about controlling the experience or making it look a certain way.

It’s about supporting you in staying connected to your body, your voice, and your choices, even when things unfold differently than you imagined.

You don’t have to know exactly how your birth will go to feel supported through it.

My intention is to help you feel held, resourced, and empowered to move through your birth in a way that honors you, your baby, and the journey you’re on.
